1. About Us

PickMyChairs is a premium office furniture supplier operated by SEAT-TECH, based in Delhi, India. We supply office chairs, tables, lounge furniture, and institutional furniture to businesses across India.

2. Products & Pricing

  • All product images are for illustration purposes. Actual products may vary slightly in color and design.
  • Prices are provided on request and may vary based on quantity, customization, and delivery location.
  • We reserve the right to modify prices without prior notice.
  • Bulk order discounts are available for orders of 10+ items.

3. Orders & Quotations

  • Quotations are valid for 7 days unless otherwise specified.
  • Orders are confirmed only after receiving advance payment as per agreed terms.
  • Custom orders may require additional lead time.
  • Order modifications must be requested before production begins.

4. Payment Terms

  • We accept payments via bank transfer, UPI, and cheque.
  • Standard payment terms: 50% advance, 50% before delivery.
  • GST will be charged as applicable.
  • Credit terms may be available for corporate accounts (subject to approval).

5. Delivery

  • We deliver across India (Pan-India delivery).
  • Delivery timelines vary based on product availability and location (typically 7-21 business days).
  • Delivery charges are calculated based on order size and destination.
  • Installation services are available at additional cost in select cities.

6. Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for manufacturing defects only.
  • Products must be unused and in original packaging.
  • Custom-made products are non-returnable.
  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective.

7. Product Quality

  • All products are manufactured to high quality standards.
  • We are ISO 9001:2015 certified (through SEAT-TECH).
  • Product specifications are subject to manufacturer improvements.

8. Limitation of Liability

PickMyChairs shall not be liable for:

  • Damages caused by misuse or improper assembly of products
  • Delays due to circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, transportation strikes, etc.)
  • Indirect or consequential damages arising from product use

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website including images, text, logos, and designs are property of PickMyChairs/SEAT-TECH and may not be used without written permission.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Delhi.
